Our parks & trails systems are integral to our quality of life and hometown feel. On September 9, the City Council and county, state and federal leaders gathered to celebrate the beginning of work to complete the last 2.4 miles of the Mississippi River Greenway at Spring Lake Park here in Rosemount.
